Travel outside Ada County: $0.70 per round-trip mile from home base. More than two hours one way: $100 lodging budget. Any additional costs are agreed before booking.

Wedding questions.
Is setup included in the eight hours?
Setup and teardown are included in the standard package and sit outside the eight hours of wedding coverage. Your agreed schedule defines the coverage start and finish.
Can you cover both ceremony and reception?
Tell us where each takes place and whether they overlap. We review the layout and equipment needed before confirming the scope. Separate simultaneous systems may require an upgrade.
Does sending a request reserve our date?
No. We check your date, venue and scope first. Your date is reserved only after the agreed booking conditions are met and you receive confirmation.
What changes the total?
Chosen upgrades, additional coverage, larger systems, extra crew, applicable mileage and lodging. You approve the final quote before committing.
