Client booking guide

Booking, step by step.

From your first request to a confirmed booking. Start with what you know—we’ll help you complete the rest.

Step 1 of 6

Send a request

Your part

Tell us what you need, your preferred date and what you know so far.

Our part

We review the work and availability, then get in touch.

A request does not reserve a date.

Step 2 of 6

Review your quote

Your part

Check the service, price and payment terms in your emailed quote. Accept when they look right.

Our part

We send your private agreement link after the matched quote is accepted.

Questions or changes? Ask before accepting.

Step 3 of 6

Complete your details

Your part

Open your private agreement link. Check the prefilled information, complete the missing fields and select “Save details.”

Our part

We review the details and agree the firm schedule with you.

Event and appointment start/end times must be firm before signing.

Step 4 of 6

Review and sign

Your part

When signing is available, review the agreement, enter your full legal name, tick the consent box and select “Sign agreement.”

Our part

We save your signed version and email an acknowledgement.

You can sign while the booking payment is pending.

Step 5 of 6

Pay the booking deposit, if required

Your part

Use your emailed Wix invoice to make the booking payment shown there.

Our part

We match the received payment to your booking.

Weddings and expanded-system live audio: $300 toward the total, due within one month of quote acceptance.

Step 6 of 6

Look for your confirmation

Your part

Your booking is confirmed when you receive the confirmation email. Check the agreed date, times and remaining payment schedule.

Our part

We confirm only after the required details, schedule approval, signature, applicable deposit and calendar checks are complete.

A signature or payment alone does not reserve the date.

When is the date reserved?

Wait for your confirmation email. We need the complete booking information, firm service times, approved schedule, signed agreement and any required booking deposit before confirming availability and reserving the date.

A courtesy hold is provisional. It can end at the deposit deadline or sooner if we accept another job for that day.

A few service differences

  • Weddings: the $300 deposit counts toward your total. The remaining balance is due no later than our arrival.
  • Other services: use the payment schedule on your quote and invoice. The $300 booking deposit also applies to expanded-system live audio; it is not added to every service.
  • Advice-only consultations: signing is not required. Lessons and hands-on service work use an agreement.
  • Remote studio projects: we agree a delivery deadline instead of appointment start/end times.

There is no separate transaction or processing fee.

If you get stuck

Help with the next step.

What information should I have ready?

Your full legal name, email, phone and billing address; the project or event location; the work needed; and agreed service dates and times. Weddings also need both partners’ names and event-day details such as the contact, guest count, ceremony/reception plans, access, power and weather arrangements. Your agreement shows the fields needed for your service.

You can start an inquiry before all planning is finished. Required booking details and firm times must be completed before signing and confirmation.

Why can’t I sign yet?

Complete every required field and select “Save details.” We also need to approve the firm schedule before signing is available. TBA or TBD times will not pass. We’ll email when your agreement is ready to sign; reopen the link to see the current version.

Where do I find my agreement or invoice?

Use the private agreement link in our email. There is no public agreement to look up by name. Your invoice arrives separately through Wix; its link may also appear in your agreement. If either email is missing, check spam or contact us. Keep your private agreement link to yourself.

Can I sign before paying? When is the deposit due?

Yes. You can sign once the details and schedule are approved while the booking deposit is pending. For weddings and expanded-system live audio, the $300 deposit is due by the deadline on your invoice, within one calendar month of quote acceptance. An earlier agreed deadline may apply. This deposit deadline is separate from the remaining-balance deadline.

I signed or paid, but I’m not confirmed yet. What next?

The agreement shows which requirements are complete and which are still pending. Signing and payment can happen in either order. If information, schedule review, the applicable deposit or the calendar check is still outstanding, your booking remains pending. Contact us if you think everything is complete and have not received confirmation.

What if something changes after I sign?

Contact us before changing the service, location or schedule. We review the change and provide an amendment or new agreement when needed. Your original signed version is retained.
